BEFORE YOU BEGIN...

THE PROCESS

TIMELINE FOR STEPS 1-5:
These will take as long as the buyer lets it. If they’re willing to move quickly, we’re available and able to move quickly too.

ONLINE SALES COUNSELOR

Talk with Sandy Barsiq, our OSC, to answer your initial questions and then set a time to meet with our team!

INITIAL APPOINTMENT

Within a brief one-hour meeting, we’ll learn more about you, your wants and needs and any questions you may have.

PRE-APPROVAL

If you’re not paying cash, it’s time to line up financing. Our neighborhood specialists can put you in touch with one of the best lenders in the area.

PROPERTY EVALUATION

Next we will evaluate your land for site preparation, soil conditions and water and power availability. This evaluation will allow us to estimate your land improvement costs.

PICK YOUR PLAN

With 20+ unique floor plans to choose from, ranging anywhere from 1,400 to 3,600 heated square feet, we’ll help you narrow down your options while considering space, square footage, features and interior design.

TIMELINE FOR STEPS 6-7:
This can take as little as 2 months up to 4 months, but depends on various factors. The average timeline is around 3-4 months.

WRITE AN AGREEMENT

Signed, sealed, delivered-once we have ink on paper, you can send your construction agreement to your lender in order to keep the lending process moving forward.

CONSTRUCTION LOAN CLOSING

In order to gain approval, you will need to provide your lender all requested supporting documents. This may include information regarding your income, assets and liabilities. Now you’re on your way to scheduling your design appointment!

TIMELINE FOR STEPS 8-9:
This phase can take 1-2 months.

DESIGN APPOINTMENT

Head over to our Design Studio, get creative and add your personal touch! Here, you’ll choose your cabinets, countertops, flooring and more!

PRE-CONSTRUCTION MEETING

Before construction begins, we’ll schedule a time to meet with you to review plans, your design studio selections and make sure your home stakes are set in place.

TIMELINE FOR STEPS 10-11
This phase can take 3-4 months.

CONSTRUCTION BEGINS

From the first foundation to final completion, our team will be in-touch every step of the way with construction updates throughout the process.

ORIENTATION & CLOSING

Time to seal the deal with our final step in the process! Get ready to learn more about how to operate your new home. Now, you’re ready to move in. Congratulations on your new home purchase and welcome home!
