Emergency Contacts
All emergency calls (after normal working hours, weekends and holidays) should be made directly to the applicable subcontractor. The emergency calls for service must be limited to those things which (1) endanger life, such as failure of the heating system during extremely cold periods, electrical malfunctions that may produce shock, or (2) endangers property such as consequential damage that may result from a plumbing leak.
