The Quality Assurance Department is dedicated to presenting Keystone homeowners with a completed home at closing. We do this through a number of pre-closing inspections and checklists. After closing, we are committed to responding to the service needs of our customers. Our team accomplishes this by providing the customer with a one year limited warranty, two year mechanical warranty, and 10 year structural warranty through Quality Builders Warranty.

The Quality Assurance Process:
·Keystone homeowners are eligible for two warranty visits during the first year of ownership. The first visit, if needed, must be scheduled no earlier than 30 days from closing. The second visit, if needed, must occur no sooner than 10 months from closing. Both warranty visits may be taken after the 10 month period.
·To schedule a warranty visit please submit your request online, mail or fax the service request to our office. Upon written receipt of the written description the Quality Assurance Representative will schedule a warranty evaluation. If the evaluation finds warrantable defects, Keystone will schedule repairs.
·During the first year if an emergency situation arises that involves damage to the home or needs urgent attention, during business hours please contact the Quality Assurance Department through phone or email. All emergency calls (after normal working hours, weekends and holidays) should be made directly to the applicable subcontractor. Click here for a list of emergency contacts. During the second year only emergency issues relating to the plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems are covered. Emergencies caused by homeowner neglect or abuse are excluded from the warranty.
