Warranty Scheduling Policy  

1st Year of Ownership – Workmanship Warranty 

If you have a concern regarding your home, first refer to your Quality Builders Express Limited Warranty coverage booklet to ensure that the issue in question is warrantable.   If you believe the issue is a warrantable condition under the Quality Builders guidelines, please contact the appropriate trade partner directly to schedule the repair work.  Please be ready to provide them with your name, contact information, address, and a description of the warrantable issues.   Keystone has provided a Trade Partner Contact List in your homeowner orientation notebook and in the folder of information you received at closing. 

Emergency* Warranty Issues

Please call the appropriate trade partner at the number listed below. You will receive a response within the same day. Our trade partners will make their best effort to repair the issue(s) within 48 hours.

*Emergency calls for service must be limited to those things which (1) endanger life, such as failure of the HVAC system during periods of extreme cold or heat, electrical malfunctions that may produce shock, or (2) endanger property such as consequential damage that may result from a plumbing leak.   For non-emergency warranty issues, you will receive a response by the end of the next business day. Our trade partners will make their best effort to repair the issue(s) within 2 weeks. 

2nd year of Ownership – Delivery Systems Warranty 

If you have a concern regarding your plumbing, electrical or HVAC systems, first refer to your Quality Builders Express Limited Warranty coverage booklet to ensure that the issue in question is warrantable.  If you believe the issue is a warrantable condition under the Quality Builders guidelines, please contact the appropriate trade partner directly to schedule the repair work. 

1st through 10th years of Ownership - Structural Warranty
